With 10 different draft beers, unique in Lozère! From white to brown through IPA, there’s something for everyone.
Blanche de Bruxelles Brewed with 40% of soft wheat, Blanche de Bruxelles has a natural opalescence surmounted by a white and dense foam.
Licorne Don’t judge a book by its cover: this unicorn is easily tamed. Behind its slightly golden colour crowned with a persistent foam, hides a light blond and particularly thirst quenching beer. Ideally balanced in malts and hops, it asserts a fine bitterness that distinguishes the luxury beer of Alsace.
O'hara's IPA This tangy and refreshing beer embodies all the characteristics of an IPA: a pungent and bitter taste with a lingering finish. Its beautiful colour and hints of hops gives it an intense aroma and a flavour that is both fruity and floral.
Floreffe Golden and light abbey blonde, it offers a very beautiful aromatic complexity by marrying malty, caramelized and fruity aromas such as banana or pineapple.
Barbãr Of a deep blond colour, the Barbar releases through its unctuous foam a powerful nose marked by honey without being ostentatious, accompanied by an anthology of floral notes, spices and citrus fruits.
Chouffe The Chouffe has a golden and slightly cloudy colour, with a rich moss collar and light bubbles. This blond speciality beer reveals a pleasantly fruity, spicy coriander character with a light hoppy flavour on the palate.
Hobgloblin Brewed artisanally with chocolate & crystal malts and an alloy of Flugges, Golding & Styrian hops, this ruby beer has a generous body. Its malty flavour with hints of caramel and chocolate is counterbalanced by a moderate bitterness. Even if this beer is rather round in the mouth, its fruity flavour will not fail to tickle your tastebuds.
Licorne Black Let yourself be seduced by the mysterious and fragrant bouquet of Black By Licorne. Creamy, its first aromas are fruity and enriched with a delicate bitterness. As you taste it, it gradually reveals notes of coffee and caramel with a slightly smoky taste into a warm sweet beer.
O'hara's Stout Moderately malted, this stout has a creamy, mellow feel while revealing a powerful, full and rich flavour. On the palate, this tasty traditional stout reveals coffee aromas and hints of licorice.
The Irish Pub offers a varied menu of generous hamburgers, hearty salad and platters of deli meats and cheeses to share (or not!). But Lozère is also the Aubrac beef region and so it is quite natural that the Irish Pub serves you this succulent meat. Beef charcuteries, minced steaks, entrecote and even this sublime beef confit with its pan-fried porcini mushrooms: everything comes from local producers.
You will find a selection of wines and whiskies you won’t get everywhere, whether it’s to bring, share, offer or consume on the spot.
